– The total amount for the first year’s payment must be paid by the designated deadline before enrollment.
– If you wish to move into a student dormitory, additional dormitory-related fees are required.
– The costs associated with the remittance of these student payments and other fees shall be borne by the payer.
– The application fee includes all fees related to the school’s entrance examination and admission decision, application procedures to the Immigration Services Bureau, admission procedures, airport pickup, etc.
– The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if you fail the school’s entrance examination or your application for a Certificate of Eligibility at the Immigration Services Bureau is rejected, you will not be charged.
Once tuition fees have been paid, they will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, if a visa is not issued by an overseas embassy or if entry is denied due to immigration inspection, the enrollment fee and tuition fees (excluding the application fee) will be refunded. In the event of withdrawal for any other reason, tuition fees (excluding the application fee and enrollment fee) will be refunded.
